Full endgame gear AA veno takes 5-10k a hit from ea's, 2-8k from casters (noncrit.) HA might take 500 from an aps bm but easily takes over 15k from the first caster that comes along.

Let's just delete all classes except sins. Then we can all be happy about our balanced aps instakilling eachother.

I am not HA build, rather full con hybrid with 48 defense levels (75 without purify weapon) and I do get hit 4k's by casters fully buffed (I imagine those 15k's you said you were hit by ea's were when fully buffed, because you got a pretty nice squad of buff slaves to make sure you are never without buffs).

As I have said above, 80-85% (my own estimate)of NW participants have no good squad and really no way of getting one (i can elaborate on that a bit more if you want me to). Without 8-10 people that are focused on flag respawn points,
you can not really do anything useful in order to prevent people from carrying the flag to its destination on 200% speed pot and self speed increasing skills, purify weapon. As a veno, you just use your 79 skill that makes you immune for 8 secs, you then use anti-stun and holy path, 200% speed pot and you have a very good chance of reaching the check pint without your enemy being able to do anything.
So basically for 85% of participants,  who also give their best and also can play this game, NW can be quite disappointing.
If everyone without a full squad in NW would automatically be getting one, with a cleric, a tank and dds, then yes, grabbing the flag and carrying it into its destination would be an ultimate NW fun.
Until then, pk is the only fun most people can hope for in NW:)

Wew, EVERYTHING you just said is wrong. That's quite an achievement right there.

If 80% of EPW was looking for anything but random pk then they would easily find more people who also want to. If you don't bother trying you have no excuse when you don't have one. The simple fact is most people don't want to play capture the flag and they whine when others do.

Also, you can't use genie when you have a flag. Oh, and FYI, my genie doesn't have holypath on it.
Using a speed apo (that doesn't come with antistun) means it runs out around the water, not at the flagstand. Which is only just past halfway. At that point there are no defenses left AT ALL. Any non-idiot squad can easily kill a purify arcane in that time.

Using feral loses at least 2 seconds during cast/slowness before moving and it costs a spark + long cooldown.
Antistun similar cd & chi problems. The 6 or so seconds remaining aren't enough to even make it 20% of the way to the stand.  You're talking about things you know nothing about.

I would simply say, if you let someone get the flag with everything out of cooldown, apo ready, genie ready & full hp then you  deserve to lose. How hard is it exactly to attack before they have the flag? Oh wait, you're too busy pking in mid.

Let me tell you, why most people have no good squads for NW.
In order for a NW squad to work, you need to have healers, good flag carriers, a good squad leader, experienced players, who know what to do. There are very few big factions on this server, the rest have not enough experienced  people to do this. Random people from different factions teaming up and winning would never work. So most experienced Ducks players forming one squad and doing their jobs; have you ever wondered how the rest of Ducks members are doing? Probably not as good as your 1 good squad. So 5 good squads from big factions, which is about 15% of whole NW population, rest having much more trouble finding themselves in NW.
As a veno, you just use genie skill that anti-stuns you, after that you use feral concentration that makes you invincible for 10 secs, dig the flag, run on 1 of 2 remaining anti-stun skills and gain some distance on 200% speed pot (can use holy path before launching 200% speed pot). After 200% increased speed pot expires, you are 50 pw meters away from the checkpoint, then you can for example use your 2nd anti-stun skill that lasts 10 secs. if you play like this, manage to launch your 200% speed increase pot and not get immobilized for first 4 secs- it is extremely hard to stop you. So if you manage to dig the flag (good squads always manage to do that), you are basically leaving no chance to your opponents. is that fair? Not even close.

Very nice  tactic, and yes I do occasionally use this BUT.

You are overlooking one VERY big thing.

Why, oh why do you let a veno get to the flag with full chi, apo ready, genie ready & full hp?
Do you just sit there, don't touch it & wait untill they grab the flag before moving?

Oh, did you know you can also dig the flag, even if it only lasts 1 second, to make feral useless? 0.5 sec of a delay is enough to interrupt digging near end.

Also, even with ALL that it's still 10-15 seconds of free DD on the veno. 2 or 3 archers can easily drop it in that time.

Not to mention this can only be done once as the cooldown is too long to repeat it.

At your comment on ducks, we organise ANYONE who wishes to be in a teamwork squad. We put an experienced squad leader on each squad and divide people evenly across several NW squads. Not our problem that most others factions don't give a shit about their members.  In Ducks anyone who wishes to join the NW squads gets one.

And finally, if this is sooooo easy, how come so few people actually pull it off?

Secondly, every circus clown will find his admirers. I was not talking about nerfing venos, but about removing 200% speed pots. 'The whole point is that when you miss digging the flag, then it is often too late to catch up with the flag holder; what I was saying is that  venos are the only class that can dig the flag without using pots, can then use anti-stun, 200% speed pot and win the points. This has been stated to furthermore underline the need for removing 200% speed pots. If you are so amused by Feyone answering every second post written on this forum in a ridiculing tone, then you really need some new heroes...what about Harry Potter?

I'll take this comment, coming from someone named after a pedophile's dream in a porn star's body, with both a grain of salt, and an extra large shot of penicillin. The fact remains, youve changed your stance in this thread 3 different times crying about puri weapons, then anti stuns, and now 200% speed pots, until you stop changing what you want removed/nurfed, no one is going to take you seriously, and given the fact that eve *I* couldnt watch a clip of little lupe without feeling dirty, every time I see you post something all i think is either you have some severe daddy issues, or just need to get out of your mom's basement and stop watching porn, either way, I cant take anything say seriously.

only problem  people dont understand how to fight against purify and for this that do nothing but rpk and then wonder why u lose  take a hint and do something different  like actually  do the objective instead of just try to kill each other. Nw is strategy bases  learn your role play that role and u may just win
