If HERBS are going to be sold in a shop like the materials .....the elixirs will be of no use. Go grind for the herbs, there are plenty in heaven and hell

Good thing: unlike PWI (two, sometimes three), here each plant
gives five, sometimes 8 herbs. I farmed my herbs when needed.

Bad(?) thing: you have to go out of safe zone to farm them, if you
are white named you will be vulture victim when go farming.
Lower level PK-ers will have harder time getting herbs.
But they will level eventually.

But PK is about just that. People go white name to get out of
blue name safety. Adding herbs to NPC will make other PK-ers
QQ again about "no PK".

I'm ok with either option: add / don't add.
