ok on topic. all the herbs are farmable with better rates then offical as said before. you can also make mystical elixirs at a forge for 15 ec (less then 1 ec per hp/mp regen potion if im not mistaken) most players sell them to 1 and other for around 5 ec. so yea idk dont think a herb npc is really needed :/
It would make people spam pots in pk more then they already do lol
