Noob question: Where to buy Hairstyles?

So, I just downloaded the game and I'm buying the fashion I want, but I noticed.. there aren't any hairstyles at all at any of the female fashion NPC's. Anyone mind telling me where they are? Sorry for my noobishness. Thank you!

There is an actual 'Hairstyles' NPC. It's behind the Banker in West and to the right. Else there is one near all the fash NPCs to the right of the Elder of 1k and also one in S.E Archo and Lost.
