Players can use their Supply Tokens from Nation Wars or Bounty Hunter quests to obtain Weapon Reskin Tokens. Tokens can be exchanged for rare skins for your weapons. Skins can be previewed before the purchase in the Boutique. Skins aren't bound to only one weapon, so they can be switched at any time and used for many weapons! Check the new Forges in North Archosaur near Deputy Drakh (548, 674) for more details.

I guess nobody will know how hard it is to get so many. They have already stated you get them from BH and Nation Wars but how much you get is yet to be seen. I think one thing is for certain though; now Reskins are attainable in game it will seriously reduce the cost of what people were selling these for previously.

I have read somwhere else that you get around 5 to 10 tokens for BH, but I'm not 100% sure tho, just saying what i've read >.>

Also able to preview them in the boutique.

The skins are essentially weapon fashion.
