game freezes every 10 sec, plz help

 i got some problem  the game freezes every 10 sec  :sad:.   
I know my computer isn't that fastest but it did work fine until the last patch.,
 i did scan my computer with Norton and no virus found .  If i run msconfig---->general--->Selective Start up--->  uncheck "Load Startup Items" it works fine until i restart , but i don't know if it is my computer or my slow internet 

and tips please?

The best i can suggest is get a new internet provider...OR

Restart your PC.
Repatch
Right click your background and click refresh [Extra precaution]
Uninstall, install over again.
Wipe your PC to factory conditiona dn re-dl.

Any of those might work 3; Although factory condition is last resort.

i need my ISP because i travel allot with work, so i need a ISP that i can use on the road .
and i don't know if i can restore my Compaq to the factory settings because the sticker with the  win7 product key have been damage from the heat 

i gone ask a friend to look at it for me  :smiley:
