[Steroids]

With the threads about levelling being tough, here are a few tips.

Take the quest from Gods Giving. Go to any Jewelcraftsman and buy:



Then talk to Tailor Chen (545 686) After 10 minutes, talk to Gods Giving.

Rewards:
25,000,000 EXP.
5,000,000 Spirit.

Well, obviously, you have to be married to take the quest. Also, you have to be in squad with your spouse. (As far as I know, the male must have lead and only he can take the quest, but I'm not really sure what it is after NH)

Talk to Matchmaker Servant near Eldest Matchmaker (523 655) and take the only quest you can see. Everyday, there's a different quest and it's not difficult at all. Mostly just auto pathing or mob killing.

Rewards:
5,880,000 EXP
1,440,000 Spirit

MQ is really rewarding now. Along with the EXP, you also get 2 Sweet Memory. Take these to Matchmaker Servant -> Sweet Memory Exchange.

Now, there are 3 options.
1. Valentine's Pendant Sweet: It's a low level belt but it gives 10% more EXP (Yes, it stacks with esoterica/g.worm) But it takes 5 days of MQ and, in my opinion, it's not worth it. Because, you can pretty much become 150 in 5 days if you do dailies + PV with some dedication.

2. Lover's Connection: It's a skillbook. You can use it to directly teleport to your spouse. Requirements: The spouse must be on the main map (no Morai, heaven/hell, primal world, origination, faction base or any instance) and it has a cooldown of 30 minutes. Not really worth it if you ask me but a cool skill to have. It costs 2 days of MQ.

3. Level scrolls: This is probably what you should use your sweet memories for. It gives 5,000,000 EXP and it's 1 Sweet Memory each. So, if you exchange the memories for LS, you can get 15,880,000 EXP off of MQ.

Also, you get a sincerity pack as a reward. Opening it gives 20 EC.

The quests somewhat depend on the order you choose.

1 hour quest: Talk to Luminance Knight Inuwen (351 580) and take the blue quest from him.

Divines: Talk to Luminance Lord Gugg (354 581) and take the Visit: Divine Emissary quest. Talk to Emissary of Luminance and take the divine quests. (1 purple or 2 of the whites, any one is fine.)

Do the quests, easy mob kills.

Rewards:
7,000,000 EXP.
768,400 Spirit.

1 hour quest: Talk to Corona Stargazer Kin Soz (472 521) and take the blue quest from him.

Divines: Talk to Corona King Kisian (472 520) and take the Visit: Divine Emissary quest. Talk to Emissary of Corona and take the divine quests. (1 purple or 2 of the whites, any one is fine.)

Do the quests, easy mob kills.

Rewards:
7,000,000 EXP.
768,400 Spirit.

1 hour quest: Talk to Shroud Knight Synea (446 590) and take the blue quest from him.

Divines: Talk to Shroud Prophet Mogo (447 590) and take the Visit: Divine Emissary quest. Talk to Emissary of Shroud and take the divine quests. (1 purple or 2 of the whites, any one is fine.)

Do the quests, easy mob kills.

Rewards:
7,000,000 EXP.
768,400 Spirit.

Talk to a Stone Collector in Morai, there are a lot of them. You can find one in each order's HQ. Take the strange Stone quest from them.



Then, go to Sand Light Crystal, talk to Moon Priest (314, 510) and wait for 10 minutes.

When done, talk to a Stone Collector.

Rewards:
8,200,000 EXP
1,853,200 Spirit
Elemental Essential.

Using Elemental Essential gives you 1 of the 3.



And, after you get one of those, you'll get x10 of that.

When you have 1500 prestige, talk to your order's Basic Supplier and buy x20 of the Experience Jades.



Rewards:
1,000,000 EXP per jade.

Bounty Hunter Guide

Rewards:
8,000,000 EXP along with other rewards.

Extremely easy, takes 10 minutes at most. And rewards from any base level are the same so you don't have to be in a good guild either.

To get the base quest, enter your faction base. To enter, talk to Faction Base Manager. The closest Faction Base Manager is in the City of Lost, 248 648. Once in, talk to Faction Monolith and take the green quests.

You will get two quests. Targets will vary from guild to guild depending on the level of the Monolith. You might get Sludgestalkers, those are near Cromagnon Village. If you get Fire Eaters and Hammer Bats, go to other server of Luminance in Morai.

Rewards:
4,800,000 EXP
1,084,800 Spirit

I wouldn't really "recommend" this quest as a daily. You can do it once just for the sake of doing it though. Talk to the Archosaur Elder to begin. After that, you will have to visit a list of NPCs.

The list of NPCs, just check the volume you have in the "Quest" tab of your inventory and talk to the corresponding NPC.

At the end, you get any one of this (completely random)

Talk to Harbinger of Spring (257 636)

This quest is like MQ, there's a different one everyday, or a random one, I'm not quite sure yet. Anyway, it's mostly easy, so, use auto-path. If you're stuck, however, feel free to ask me.

Rewards:
12,000,000 EXP
2,640,000 Spirit
10 EC
10 ST

Getting daily 5 atk level 5 def level 10 exp blessing in 5 minutes

Follow that guide and then, when you use "Best Wishes" you'll get EXP.

920,000 Spirit

You also get a bonus EXP bless box so, do PV after this quest.

Level 145 needed.

Talk to Raccoon Guard (Tree Raccoon Village 363 559) and take Defend R. Tree Village.

Defend R. Tree Village

You'll be ported soon. After you port, you'll see Tree Raccoon Village Chief talk to him and take Rescue the Raccoons

Rescue the Raccoons - Get the Keys

You need Prison Key x5. Go to 362 585, Lord Tyrant's Rear Camp and kill Cage Guards. Eventually, you'll get 5 Prison Key.

Now look around, you'll see

Dig 5 of those while you avoid attacks from Cage Guards. You'll have to dig 5 seperately.

Talk to Tree Raccoon Village Chief (Tree Raccoon Village 354 562)

Rewards:
2,000,000 EXP
along with other items.

Note: The Tree Raccoon Village Chief has no Exit quests so you'll have to talk to Raccoon Guard (Tree Raccoon Village 363 559) and take Leave Story Mode

Level 145 needed.

Talk to Green Wood Heart Guardian (Dragon Tower 324 542) and take Save the Grn Emp Sword

And again, you'll be ported to a different map. Talk to Mu Hoffen (Dragon Tower 325 528) and take Search for Energy

Search for Energy - Collect Enrg Canisters

You need Energy Canister Go out into the blue water and keep killing Lord Tyrant Scout till you get an Energy Canister.

Search for Energy - Restore the Energy

Now you need Flask of Energy x5. Now go to 326 540 (near Dragon Tower and you'll see

select the Vitality and then open your inventory (B), you'll see Energy Canister , right click on it. Do the same for 4 more Vitality. The Energy Canister has annoying cooldown though, its not that long but you still have to wait.

Search for Energy

Talk to Mu Hoffen (Dragon Tower 325 528)

Rewards:
5,000,000 EXP

To exit, Talk to Green Wood Heart Guardian (Dragon Tower 324 542) and take Leave Story Mode

Level 145 needed.

Talk to Queen Liu Soo (Mirrorflower Kingdom 336 567, altitude: 36) to begin. Yes, its underwater! Anyway take Liu Soo's Plea from her. Wait till you get ported.

Now, talk to Queen Liu Soo again and take Liu Soo's Plea again.

You need Maternity Nectar x8.

Go to 334 557, after getting out of the water. You'll see Fortunate Disciples

And if you don't attack them, or if they don't attack you, they'll eventually use a skill on themselves that changes their avatar to

I couldn't get a good ss but they get 3 blue semi circles spinning around them. So, once you see Fortunate Disciple with those blue semi circles, attack it. After it dies, you'll see

in its place. Kill it quickly before it disappears for Maternity Nectar. It's tricky at first, but pretty easy by the time you get to the 8th one.

Also, beware of Fortunate Taoist, it will one shot you. Talk to Queen Liu Soo (Mirrorflower Kingdom 336 567, altitude: 36) to finish.

Rewards:
2,200,000 EXP

Talk to Queen Liu Soo and take the quest Back to the Primal World to exit.

New Horizons - Summer Reawakened

To start, talk to General Summer (South Archosaur, 521 629)

New Horizons - Primal World Messenger

Talk to Primal World Messenger (North Archosaur, 564 675)

He'll ask you a question. The answer is "Althea, the Celestial Blade". He'll tell you about some history, not important, but you can read it if you want.

New Horizons - Door to Primal World

Talk to Messenger of Time (Center Archosaur, up on the platform, 552 654)

New Horizons - The Worldspire

This one is a little tricky. First teleport to City of a Thousand Streams. Don't use auto-path, fly up till altitude 50 or so. Then use auto-path (123, 856) and then deactivate your flight. If you use it while on ground, it'll take you to the portal to Lothranis.

New Horizons - Archosaur Student

Talk to Archosaur Student (North Archosaur, 564 674)

You'll get a few pop-ups after he stops talking, get them over with. You also get a quest Deja Vu. This quest will give you a lot of War Avatar Packs. (Deja Vu guide)

New Horizons - Steps to Follow

Talk to Messenger of Time (Center Archosaur, on the platform, 552 654)

Rancors are a good way of getting EXP for newly made toons. You just have to kill the mobs. It's better if you're a wiz or seeker but almost any class can get xp during a rancor event as long as you're NOT in PK mode.

It is bannable to multi client for this event

Well, it depends on how many you kill.
You also get EC (if you pick up)

You can waste 50 silver on Training Esoterica to get x1.5 EXP but, here's a little trick to get that for free.

Talk to a Perfect Quartermaster (432 888) and take the Quest Mastery 2.



You get 5 Scarlet Fruit Packs and 5 Martial Arts Scrolls.

The Scarlet Fruits only give 88,880 EXP each, not important. Take the Martial Arts Scroll to a Martial Arts Master -> FC Material Exchange



You get 5 scrolls per character (110 level toon can get 'em as well, just do the quests that you get while levelling. You just have to talk to a few NPCs and viola, you get the scrolls) and the scrolls are tradeable. The final product isn't but you can trade the scrolls.

There you have it, infinite supply of Esoterica.

The most popular way of levelling. Well, for sins, archers and clerics, I'd recommend doing this till 140 only. Till 140, you can use basic AoEs and level. As long as you do dailies, 140 should be no problem.

Now, after 140, I expect you to have at least 1st Fairy, Primal Gear/Demonic Gear, and of course, all your skills.

First of all, try and get Bloodpaint buff from a sin. Basic one is fine, so, you can dual client a noob sin to buff yourself unless you have a sin friend who's willing to do it.

Buff yourself and have at least 250 chi (2 sparks + 50 chi)

Start pulling and use Holy Path or Cloud Sprint to speed it up. I used to pull 1/3 PV 135+ on mine so, you can do that, or 1/2, don't aim for full though. Keep your axe equipped.

Once you think you have enough, quickly use Alter Marrow: Physical. Then walk into the enemies coming at you and use Roar of the Pride. Then use Heaven's Flame -> Highland Cleave -> Fissure -> Drake Sweep. If they aren't dead yet, switch to claws/fists and use Cyclone Heel. If they still not dead, switch to axes and repeat (excluding Heaven's Flame) Obviously, if they're not dead after you're done with your axe combo, you might have to use Roar of the Pride again.

Try to get Spirit of Defense pills or barb buffs from a friend/alt. You can still do good without it but well, you can pull 1/3 PV with those buffs.

Buff yourself with Stone Barrier and Frostblade and have at least 2 sparks. Also, get a genie with Expel on it and it should always have at least 125 energy. Start pulling and once you think you have enough, cast The Dragon's Breath on a mob. When the other mobs catch up to you, use Expel. Don't stop channelling Dragon's Breath until all nearby enemies are killed.

First of all, get Panda Form and True form (Mighty).

Buff yourself, you can leave the accuracy buff though. You don't need Bloodpaint (sin) but you can get it just in case. Get at least 2 sparks before starting the pull. Pull in Tiger/Panda form (ofc)

Once you pull at least 1/4 or 1/3 PV, use Sunder -> Human Form -> Armageddon -> Slam -> Tiger Form -> Surf Impact. If they don't die after that, you can repeat the Slam and Surf Impact (add Firestorm in it, if you want)

ALWAYS HAVE bramble shield up. Another way apart from  nova combo and the one I find most effective is to pull your mobs let them all come to you and then: AD->Bramble Hood->Keep Noxious Gasing them all.  Bramble will reflect nasty dmg to melee mobs and will kill them in seconds but keep in mind you're squishy as paper so if they don't die while Bramble Hood is up, you will be **ked in seconds, so make it faster and safer by noxious gasing too. Keep in mind I said to AD first before you bramble hood or the cast can get interrupted causing your death in 3 seconds.  

Go into White Voodoo and get at least 2 sparks. Start pulling and when you think you have enough (I pulled at least 1/3 PV) Use Psychic Will -> Black Voodoo -> Earth Vector -> Aqua Cannon -> Glacial Shards -> Sandburst Blast. Repeat the last 3 skills if they don't die, but you might have to use Earth Vector again.

First of all, get Bloodpaint from a sin or an alt. Basic one would do. Then, buff yourself with Atk levels and Adrenal Numbness.

Start pulling and when you have enough (1/3 or 1/2) use Holy Path and run away from the mobs and use Yataghan Vortex on a mob away from the army following you. Once the mobs catch up to you, you'll be invincible in BP infused Vortex.

For this one, get a few Dew of Star Protection. (You get 10 from 1 Mystical Elixir at Boutique Forge)

Buff yourself. Verdant Shell is a must. Invigorate, if possible. Get full chi.

Start pulling with Devil Chihyu summoned (no real reason, he's just supposed to be bait, the poor guy) Once you get enough (I pulled 1/3) 2 spark, then use the Dew. Then, Rapid Growth -> Lucky Break (if you have it) -> Gale Force -> Break in the Clouds till Gale cool downs and then Gale Force again. Repeat the last part till every mob dies.

I was checking how long it took to solo PV 135+ with my archer, and it took like 6 minutes.
So i thought "Let's make a guide about it".
Since people always whine about leveling an archer alone. (Not everybody)

Items You Need

• A proper LA set with accesoiry's. (I have a primal set) <- It needs +15/+20 vit for more PDef.
• Genie with Holy Path (Increases movement speed)
• Dew of Star Protection (Made out of Mystical Elixer)
  The pill reduces all incomming damage (Phy & Magic) for the next 20 seconds.
• This is not necessary but very usefull, a Blademaster/Barbarian/Cleric's buff.

What Do I Have To Do?
That's an excelent question Imperative, i'll give you the answer.
First, you have to pull a lot of mobs. After that, use the Dew of Star Protection, then 3 spark. And use the following skills; Thundereous Blast -> Sharpened Tooth Arrow -> Wing Burst. If they don't die, repeat it. The pill works for 20 seconds, they should be dead by then.

After 140, you should be living in FC. To enter



To open, you have to be in a squad of two (at least) and have leadership. Talk to the NPC inside, Lin Yan.



Anyway, stay in stealth till you come across a Glacial Shade. Kill the Shade and go back to stealth and then walk to bosses. You have to stealth to the bosses, kill them, and pick the mats. You get a lot of EXP from the bosses itself but the mats can be converted to EXP at a Martial Arts Master (533 642)

1 purple mat = 5 Orders of Blessing = 200,000 EXP
1 gold mat = 25 Orders of Blessing = 1,000,000 EXP

I haven't played clerics but I've been told that PV isn't a good way (if you're soloing) So, go with full GV runs. As a cleric, it's very easy to find full GV squads. GV is rewarding in terms of EXP and EC/items so, it might take a little longer but it's definitely worth it.

Another one up for suggestions. Although, you can do GV if you're willing to go into PK mode for it. It's not that difficult to find a GV squad as an archer.

I leveled mine with Level Scrolls because I got tired and I'm lazy :< But one thing that helped me was to do the same combo as wizard but with barrage of arrows, I usually targeted an increased life/ increased defense mob and casted barrage on them, then cast expel and they should die to them crits.

a thing i did for lvling was stack the red baby quest blessings, marriage pendant and silkworm that way you get close to twice the xp you would usually get also there is a lvl 6 tome that grants 4% more xp...

The marriage pendant can be acc stashed so you can use it on other toons after your done...in my book it has payed out to get it on my accounts.Even tho i did get it on toons allready 150 and acc stashed to boost other toons xp gain XD

When I was leveling archer a easy way I leveled was during rancor if you set up barrage in a duel it will continue to cast after the person being barraged has lost but it won't inflict any damage and you can move the character around as the barrage kills the mobs but of course you will need the damage to kill the mobs and the ability to dual client/a willing friend. Also if you try as lower level it's best to get some buffs

I leveled my archer in PV by pulling group to safe distance from others, run around them to kite,
and hit them with Sharpened Tooth, thunderous Blast and Wing Burst (was Wing Span before NH patch).

Most of the time didn't even use Genie survivals, as very soon you get feeling of how big the group can be.
Only sometimes ate some crab meat.

At 147+ you can already pull whole first part of corridor before curve and first stunners.
Then kill stunners and pull rest of corridor, just end before main room.
And so on...
