when i transported to etherblade my game froze

how this happend was like about 14 mins ago when i was trying to go to etherblade when i when to a transporter and i clicked on etherblade my game froze and  now when i try to log onto that player agian i get a loading bar but the it stops and the sound cuts off  after that happens i have to sign out

i also tried unistalling and restaing but nothing help im stuck in a bug i dont know if  the game data or what please help me

Is it all your chars or just one? if its just one char then log an alt and pm any of the gms Ingame and ask for a tele.
