EVA Neck and Adorn

Why is Eva neck and Adorn is missing on the list of crafting?

I find Evasion useful at GV for my Assassin

I'm sure Agatio will add them, he added the square formation on the dragon swords

I think they should be added for choice, but my personal preferences for a sin are mdef since eva does nothing to magic.
