I think the general method is inserting the video link as a hyperlink in forums.
If it is your own video, upload it to youtube, then insert the video link as a hyperlink in forums.

When writing a message, look for the button that says "insert hyperlink"
[ url][/url ] <-- add in the url of the video in between those two brackets and it will show up on the forums like any normal video (no spaces btw)

So when you reply and are taken to the text box, look up to above the smiley line, to all the square buttons, it is this image --> . It will insert [.url][./url] into your text (minus the .)
