I don't know why but for some reason every time I enter the Secret Frostcover Grounds there are no NPCs to kill or bosses for that matter. It is always completely empty. I have tried it on a few accounts now but still no NPCs. At the moment all I really want to do is finish all the noob quests so I can make the Available Quest tab a little bit smaller. But I can't do that if I can't complete the quests I have for it >.< Does anyone know why it would be doing this? If so help a poor newbie player out XD
