Try to use other browser or clean cookies on ur current one. You may also try to reboot your router/modem before voting. Um you sure that no one else is voting from this IP? Eventually try with other account.

Are you saying that you aren't receiving cubi after you've voted or that you're trying to vote but you are getting the timer when you haven't voted previously?

If the first one: If you voted recently, try relogging or restarting your client completely and give it a bit of time to come through. If you still don't receive it, then hopefully Agatio will see this and have a further solution.
