Final Warsong Boss and BP + Verdant Blessing

2 questions:

1. Why Final Boss in Warsong keeps talking weird stuff like killing something or that I failed and he wont drop anything( even tho he drops? ) Is there a way to fail this boss or he just talks some random bs? Asking cuz when I do full warsong I dun wanna fail it e.e

2. Does Verdant Blessing increase healing from bp? O___O

The normal pw warsong boss disappears if you dont kill the single different mob he spawns when he goes invulnerable, but I think it was changed to not disappear here. And no, verdant doesn't work with BP as far as I know.
