5%crit on Dragon might ring how?

How do ppl get 5% crit on their Dragon might ring?Any one care to explain?

these rings were available like 4-5 months ago,the only way to get them now is via Players...

These rings were available around 1.5 year ago actually, still in 1.3.6 version. When we updated to 1.4.4 the crit on them was lowered to 4%, but there are still few 5% crit rings out there.

just curious what happens if u engrave a 5% crit ring?
does it turn 4% after or stay 5%?

The basic attributes don't change, you can engrave it safely.
