2. Error: Servers are showing as offline
- Add launcher.exe / patcher.exe / elementclient.exe to your antivirus exception list


I'm no computer wizard but where do I locate my antivirus exception list ?

Since Agatio did the new update all my servers are appearing offline a friend suggested I did this option but I got no clue where to go Help!!!!!

I used to use Norton, good software, not so much for gamers though.
If i remember correctly it should just be in settings, can't remember exactly what the options called.

Can you specify what Nortons software exactly?
It should be under settings for your Antivirus (depending on what version of Norton you have) then look for scan options and under that you should see the exceptions list where will have to manually select the files to add them.

Could just google search your Norton exception list (since there's dif types of norton) I'm pretty sure there are answers online.

I run Norton Security Suite. I don't have a problem with the updates.  But you might want to go into settings>firewall>Program rules and ( under access ) choose auto  exception to the epw launcher / patcher.
