making blue bubble possible to use as you move is rather useless in pvp, clerics are the first target so people would stun them fast and the bb would drop.

I know it's impossible to make blue ball mobile, but it wouldn't hurt anyone imo, at least not as much as free aps/ct with no defense sacrifice.
