i bought all runecrafting skills from Boutique but i have to craft 10 runes to lvl..i'm @ lvl 2 now but i dunno where to get the Liuho stone ( lvl.6 )...where can i find that?..can anybody help me plis?

You can get any of the chi stones from decomposing the appropriate level item  at a tailor, craftsman or blacksmith.  If it's not one of the ones sold by the God's Giving.

You can buy all the stones you need to get level 10 runecrafting. You dont need to decompose any armours.
