Well, if it was her apartment and legally under her name she reserves the right to evict him whenever she feels like it and if his stuff is on her property she has the right to move it off her property. She was cheated on and if I understand correctly you can't press charges for it unless the couple is legally married.

On the moral side, if someone cheats on their lover the victim should have the right to get payback. If a cheater breaks someone's heart, personally I feel the victim is in the right to damage their things. In a way, both people will be suffering instead of just one. One is heartbroken and infuriated and the other lost their possessions. In my eyes it seems like a fair trade but everyone has different views on the matter and I don't want to force my views on someone who doesn't agree.
