those simply stones not used anymore but they still work for the stats.
at start they were left but then the bug persisted and thats why we changed those dragon end daggers into wizard, to make ppl not use those stones anymore.
nothing spceial here.

People who had them from when they were available could still put them into gear.
I even have an old Dragon set with some in it c:

I believe there's more players with these stones who started over 1.5 year ago when we were still 1.3.6 server.
But the character you're talking about was made just for testing purposes and doesn't really 'play'
