i can loggin my account but cant see my char/toons. I played at my frieds house/comp it was perfectly normal but cant play on my comp.WHy how plz help :,(

@Shay & Pythe my direct X is upto date, i think the GMs banned my ip, i multiclient NW last night is that bannable? thks 4 reply anyway

you cant create a char so, it doesn't seem to be direct X related.
verify your files from the launcher.



It seems to be your first time playing it from your PC too since you never said it was working before, so downlaod and install this too, you will need it.

@icytech Oh srry forgot to mention this way not my firts time playing(on my comp), played this morning cant play at evening i think im banned  :sad: play for about 2 months now  :sad:

If u would be banned u would have a pop up window that u are banned for x amount of time for y reason ask Vimal or Gakido they are banned daily

Although it is true--if you got banned, you wouldn't even get past the login screen.

As it was said already. No it not banned. When it banned a pop up window spear saying it account is banned. That is a error in it files. Plz go to the support part in the forum. And see the first post. There it explains what u need to do when u dont see it toons.
