Sage(Heal 15% of the Max HP) = Thats no way OP, NO WAY, 15% of max HP of a psy is about 4500 HP, its a 4500 heal if the psy have 30k HP, u think that is OP?A hit that a psy take is around 8k, this 4.5k heal is noway OP, our Buble of Life heals around 20k HP, so u see the difference.

Not really any point of putting this into the game like most people have sajd it will be useless psychic's are fine as they are its just a matter of you have to play smart or you can die in 1-3 hits easy

That's not true... any sin with 3x interval and dragon top is 4 aps based...they used to be 5.
On topic: I don't see with what would hurt adding those skills...from me is a yes.

on topic yea please make those 2 skill level 11 and also if possible make sov self buff only.
