EPW dont start

Im having and issue with my EPW.
Don't know yet if is a virus or problem with my computer.
When im trying to enter in EPW( game client) its loads like 1/3 of the loading bar, them games crashes and no error appear.
Don't know what i have to do :3

never heard of this happening before, maybe try verifying? o;
or maybe it's a compatibility mode issue? Although, I assume that wouldn't load at all.

I used to have this problem ALL the time. I'm sorry, but the only way I could fix it was to re download. I had tried everything else. :c

Jup, sounds like either some files are missing (verify should catch that) or some files are corrupt. If verify doesnt fix it, redownload.

If you think it's a virus you shouldn't restart your computer 

Did you try repairing your client from the patcher? That may help
