No texture on some objects (gray day)

I have reinstalled the game, patched, and get a gray view on some objects, mostly buildings (see attached image).
Every help is welcome.

tried installing directX ?
directX enduser runtime?
framework ?

on the Known Issues andFixes topic, check step 9 and 10.

also update your graphic card, might be that too

I have a Gainward Gtx 470 card :-) (this card is no joke)
The game worked just fine untill now.

hm open the launcher.exe then click on the Verify button.
if doesn't work go to the Launcher folder, run the fixit.bat then reboot your computer and give it a try.

I have just reinstalled the client again.
Now works everything just fine (did Verify too).
Ty for helping me out.

Just an off topic question: why the event Shrine of Ancestors have ended? Was my favorite.
Further it is a great server! Keep it up the good works.
