Barb as a Tank? Whats base Dex?

I know in the real PWI it is 49 but in EPW what is it?

just try get 8k accuracy(with BB on) by increasing dex .
want to be tanky go vit type(base on gear/wep whats the requirement needed for dex).

If you just want to tank and thats it just 85 dex enough for everything. Now if you wanna tank and do some damange 200 dex would be great.
