Hello, I played here a couple of years ago, then some sanctions started or something like that... There were serious delays in the game. In general, about a year ago I tried to download, but the download speed was close to zero, and there was also a delay in the game. 

Question: Is all this still relevant now? I am from Belarus.

  TBH the game is all but dead.... there's a few barely a few that still log and rpk or play.  No owner, only one GM logs rarely.... no updates no nada.
If you DO decide & manage to DL the game.... teleport to sirry.  thats where most of the interesting sht goes down!
