R8 Gear upgrade

Hi Gm’s, Im an old player in this Game. I just return in this game. During my time, I got the max stats in my Archer R8 gears which is 3x -3 channeling with Dex12. I wonder if I can convert this to 4x -3 channelling since i can no longer reshape this gear due to new Update. Can you convert it please? For better experience and Fair Gameplay for those old players with max stats.

U cant make it 4 Chan no but u can roll it up to 9 Chan 12 dex at the forges beside Angel at like east arch for example
