Remove the PvP ranking list because everyone who isn't QQing knew this was going to happen.

Honestly, a PvP ranking list is just pointless.

It's like:
Whoa! Congrats, dude! You just pissed off the entire server by killing everyone for #1 Ranking on the PvP list this month.

Not everyone sits in NS all day, i'm sure thats just APAWOLA.
The PK ranking gives people something to look forward to "achieving" something for themselves and gives them a reason to keep on pking to try get that #1 place.

@Satana, You don't kill your fac mates for the ranking, just everyone else.

It doesn't do it properly on any other server I don't think, except deva? not sure.
