ok someone locked my question as solved when obviously it wasnt. I didnt ask where to go, I said it didnt work!!
Cn quest be fixed or do I just forget it?

that quest is like that, nothing happens there and it doesn't affect the gameplay either.

uhm so i throw quest away?  quest rewarder is the elder there but nothing happens? i is very confused. and if doesnt work how does this not affect gameplay?

thats a normal quest for normal rewards, exp and spirit, nothing special, so it doesnt affect the gameplay.

yea so whts wrong with doing normal quests? doing the same old morai and dailey quests every day is boring too. doing the normal quests gives somethg else to do.

I think this brings up the point that we need something other than BH for quests and farming (which I may add is horrendous). I would love to see some quest chains added in for people who like to do them.
