Epic PW PvP Ranking System

The PvP Ranking system allows players to earn special points and ranks by participating in PvP.

Below you'll find all of the information in regards to how the PvP system works, the ways you can earn and spend PvP points, special benefits offered to the players with best scores, and everything else.

• PvP points are points that can be earned by PvPing against other players in controlled circumstances or via items that can be obtained from PvP events.
• These points are the only criteria used to rank characters or players against each other.

• A player can select a pvp role of their character in order to manage how their character will earn points.
• There are two available roles:
• Damage - The character will earn points by directly dealing damage to other players. They will not earn any points on behalf of other members of their squad or guild.
• Support - The character will earn points when their squad or guild members earn points. They will not earn any points based on the damage they dealt to the other players.
• Character's role can be changed from the character menu:
  
• You can change your role once per hour. There is no confirmation pop-up, so be careful when changing the role.

• When a player is killed, the points earned by this kill are distributed across all of the characters that dealt damage in the last 10 seconds and support characters in the squad/guild of these players.
• For characters with the 'Damage' PvP Role:
• The points are distributed depending on the amount of damage that has been dealt.
• If two players dealt the same amount of damage in the last 10 seconds, they will earn the same amount of points. If one player dealt twice the damage of the other player, they will get two times more points.
• For characters with the 'Support' PvP Role:
• The points are distributed depending on the amount of players in the squad or guild members participating in PvP.
• If there's 2 players in the squad (one with the 'Damage' role, the other with the 'Support' role), the 'Support' character will earn 50% of the points earned by the 'Damage' character. If there's three players, the 'Support' character(s) will earn 33% of the points.

• There's two damage players in the squad, with a third support player in the squad.
• Together, they kill another player.
• First damage player dealt 34k damage, while the second damage player dealt 17k damage.
• The total amount of points distributed by this kill is 150.

• First damage player will obtain 100 points. (damage distribution)
• Second damage player will obtain 50 points. (damage distribution)
• The support player will obtain 33 points on behalf of the first damage player (there's three players in the squad, 100 * 1/3)
• The support player will obtain 17 points on behalf of the second damage player (there's three players in the squad, 50 * 1/3)

Currently, points can be earned in the following ways: (the amount of points in brackets is how many points are distributed for a single PvP kill)

• PvP kills:
• Territory Wars [200]
• Mass PvP [160]
• Nation Wars [140]
• Nightscream Island Event [130]
• Events occurring in GM arena [70]
• Heroic Battle [50]
• Capture The Flag [50]
• Items:
• Silver Warrior Badge [50] - Obtainable from Heroic Battle/Capture the Flag for defeated teams and from Nightscream Island event for lower-ranked players. Optional reward for GM events.
• Emerald Warrior Badge [100] - Obtainable from Heroic Battle/Capture the Flag for defeated teams and from Nightscream Island event for lower-ranked players. Optional reward for GM events.
• Ruby Warrior Badge [200] - Obtainable from Heroic Battle/Capture the Flag for winning teams and from Nightscream Island event for higher-ranked players. Optional reward for GM events.
• Gold Warrior Badge - Obtainable from from Nightscream Island event for higher-ranked players. Optional reward for GM events.
• Sapphire Warrior Badge [1000] - Optional reward for GM events.
• Diamond Warrior Badge [2500] - Optional reward for GM events.

• You can boost the amount of points your characters earn by upgrading your star level by voting or donating. Each star level will multiply the amount of points you earn by additional 2%. (Star Level 6 = 12%)
• Depending on the rank (read below for more info) of the players that have participated in PvP, the points are scaled so that the higher-ranked players earn less points if they kill lower-ranked players and vice versa. Detailed calculations can be found below.

• General Ranking is an all-time PvP ranking. The points earned never reset or decay. The ranking is account based, meaning that all of your characters on the same account will have the same amount of points and the same rank.

• There are 5 ranks that you can progress through: Silver, Emerald, Ruby, Gold and Sapphire.
• Each of the ranks contains 5 subranks/levels.
• At the bottom you can find the amount of PvP points you need to earn to reach each level. The amount of points required to reach the next subrank is displayed via the experience bar in the character face window.
  
• Based on your current rank, badge icons will be displayed above your character's head in game:
• The last icons of all previous ranks will be displayed.
• The icon of the current subrank within your current rank will be displayed.
• Example: (a character with Ruby 3 level)
  
• Your current rank affects the ratio of PvP points that you earn via PvP kills or supporting. If the player you killed or supported in killing is lower-ranked, the amount of points will be lower. If they're higher-ranked, the amount of points will be higher. At the bottom you can find the multiplication ratio, depending on the difference between the ranks.
• Upon reaching each rank, you will be awarded a special title. Each of these is different than the regular titles in that it has a specific look because it has a shining effect.

• Each time you earn PvP points, you will also earn the same amount of PvP shop points.
• PvP shop points can be spent in the PvP shop (https://panel.epicpw.com/pvpshop.php) in order to buy exclusive stuff.
• Buying each item requires your account to be leveled to a certain rank.
• The points you spend in the PvP shop do not affect the amount of 'experience' points that you need to progress further through the ranks.
• All of the items bought directly from the shop are untradeable. You can, however, buy special chests for your rank, that give you a random tradeable item from that rank or the ranks below.
• The special shop rewards include blessings and equippable skills. To preview these, check out the bottom of the guide.

• Top three players in the ranking will have their characters show up in the Hall of Fame at the City of Thousand Streams.

The ranking table can be viewed at https://epicpw.com/rankinga. You can click on any player's name and see the PvP kills they've registered with the amount of points that they've earned from them. There is no such functionality for deaths.

• Monthly Ranking is a ranking that ranks players against each other based on the amount of points they've earned during that month.
• Monthly Ranking is character based. Characters on the same account will have different rankings.
• There are no explicit levels or ranks in this ranking - player's are only ranked by their position.

• Your current monthly rank will be displayed next to your name if it's higher than 250 and your character is not blue named. The color of the display depends on your rank.
  
• The display updates every 10 seconds so you will be able to track your progress live.
• You can enable or disable this feature in the Custom EPW Settings - Display Player Ranks.
• Monthly ranks can be checked live in-game in the EPW Hub -> PvP ranking.

• Based on your current monthly PvP rank, you will have a discount when buying items from the PvP shop mentioned in the general PvP ranking.
• The discount is based on your current position, reaching 35% for the first-ranked player.
• Each week, the top three players (on the ranking, not only for that week) will be awarded with a special shardable blessing that lasts 7 days:
• Badge of Honor - Diamond (+8atk/+8def)
• Badge of Honor - Supreme (+7atk/+7def)
• Badge of Honor - Gold (+6atk/+6def)

• Rewards can be earned based on three criteria:
• Your general ranking
• Your class-based ranking
• The amount of earned points
• Below you can find the list of rewards for each criteria.

• General ranking rewards
• #1 - 75 x Badge of War, 1 x Supreme Mark Token (1 Month)
• #2 - 50 x Badge of War, 1 x Gold Mark Token (1 Month)
• #3 - 50 x Badge of War, 1 x Silver Mark Token (1 Month)
• #4 - #6 - 35 x Badge of War
• #7 - #10 - 25 x Badge of War
• Class ranking rewards
• #1 - Champion Title. Special place in the Hall of Fame at the City of Thousand Streams for one month. 8 x Champion's Pearl
• #2 - #3 -  5 x Champion's Pearl
• #4 - #5  - 3 x Champion's Pearl
• Point based rewards
• Criteria: Over 5000 points. If you have under 5000 points earned during the month, you gain no reward.
• Number of Points / 10000 x Event Chest (e.g. 100k points = 10 event chests)
• Number of Points / 100 x Supply Token (e.g. 100k points = 1k supply tokens)
• Number of Points / 200 x Misfortune Particle (e.g. 100k points = 500 misfortune particle)

The ranking table can be viewed at https://epicpw.com/rankingm. You can click on any player's name and see the PvP kills they've registered with the amount of points that they've earned from them. You can also see the change in player's ranking based on the previous day, as well as the amount of PvP kills they've made for that month (all kills where damage was registered are counted).

Supreme Mark Skills are genie skills that you can use outside of having to learn them on your genie. All modifiers obtained from attribute points on your genie apply to these skills as well. All skills are level 10.
