WHY DO I GET THIS I DONT UNDERSTAND: Your attachment has failed security checks and cannot be uploaded. Please consult the forum administrator.

You apparently try to upload an Attachment thats too big. SS of PW getting saved as BMP now.
Save it as JPG and try again

Where are you uploading it to? Some sites don't support really big picture dimensions.

She/he is directly attaching an image file..
and, it sometimes happens to me randomly.
