I am still having troubles with patch 63. I have patch 59 still, but how to update it to 63? I have tried to verify and all but nothing hapens

So fixes of important bugs shouldnt be fixed fast? This update took like ... 30sec to download and install for me? for people with lower net maybe 1-2min ...
I don't get your problem. It's fine as it is and fixes need to be done as soon as possible.

Please end it, end the 2x. No PK every1 just full PvE mode (or crying in NS). Or least make it that NS is not affected.
