Release full v63 client

I dont have problems with patch at all, but after reading forums I think full v63 client could be solution for these, who got problems with patching.

I do not think its PVE as FCK....there is Nation Wars for PVE'ers, there is the new Morai PK event.  In my opinion its more balanced than NOT.  Maybe read the full notes and experience it first before making a decision
