its say its reduce the dmg by x%  for 10 second after that it increase the damage on u by x% for 10second but acctually both effect appear in same time (or atleast icons) just damage increase on u stay longer

kinda dumb reduce the damage by 15% and sametime increase too by 15% just the negative effect have longer duration, no?

in pw ms worked well, if somebody remember appawolla then she used that, so its gived dmg reduction then if it is expired then damage increase, idk why dont work same way here

It's working correctly,

for example at level 1:

you got blessing that decreases damage you take by 22% for 10 seconds
and curse that increases damage you take by 11% for 20 seconds

so when they stack you got 11% damage reduction for first 10 seconds, then blessing wears off and curse stays that increases the damage by 11% for next 10 seconds

i remembered to that in pw ms, 1st applied the positive buff then after positive buff over applied the negative coz with current way its damn useless compared with wind shield what need less energy and give more reduction and without negative effect and short cooldown
