Order of Blessing

I've made this topic hoping that someone can tell me how to craft order of blessing.Well i know i need fc mats but after i got them ii don't know what  to do.

Can you guys be so nice and help me?

Take the farmed FC mats and go talk to the martial arts master. There is one in 1k streams not too far from the elder along the wall on the hell side. You will see FC mat trade. There you can make order of blessing (blue) and order or wealth (useless gold ones). Once you have your blessings talk to him again and take quest and voila. Instant xp.

Go to a Martial Arts Master, I know there's one in Archosaur and one in 1k Streams, and choose the FC Material Exchange. The FC materials are under tab Three if I remember correctly.
