12. Return to the Celestial Elder

13. Find the Chrono Mirror north of the Forgotten Frostland (118,994)

14. Talk to Master Li, Sage Guide at the City of a Thousand Streams

15. Kill the Demonic Vexation, Fats, and the Ethereal Abomination in the Brimstone Pit

16. Talk to Master Li, Sage Guide at the City of a Thousand Streams

11. Return to the Cait of Wisdom

12. Give 10 each of Celestone of Earth, Celestone of Human, and Celestone of Heaven to the Cait of Wisdom

13. Kill the Thousand Year Spirit in Eden

14. Kill Ninetails in Eden

15. Kill Phlebo in Eden

16. Open Phlebo's Chest in Eden

17. Return to Mo Zun

I tried to Google and what-not but all that came up was Rebirth and Goddess Valley... I think I've only GV'ed like once or twice in PWI and going to make good assumption that those two terms are the same. So when I looked up Valley of Reciprocity it was either Happy Valley or Goddess Valley. What does that mean? How do I find the Cinnabar? Do I have to go run a GV?

yes you need to go inside GV, but i dont think you need to actually run it till the end, i think you can just go inside (you need at least 2 people to open GV), run to the 4th room and you will find the Cinnabar, its a stone you need to dig.
