Ok So I Downloaded The Game but I cant see my character or any other toons. Can someone help me please

I've herd it's fixed by restarting computer, or verifying files

- Install DirectX 9.0c by running dxwebsetup.exe file located in EPW/element/ directory

Open your epw folder > element and install directx from dxwebsetup.exe

OK I extracted and stuff and its still the same =/ this is confusing

The DirectX.exe file is to run it, to install
additional DX9.0c routines that game
uses to show graphics correctly.

If that is the kind of your problem.
Most of the time that was the solution.
