Most Horrible Time Downloading

Im having the most awful time trying to get into the game. I downloaded all 3 mirror downloads last night. Each one said the same thing when i tried to start the game client: Missing d3dx9_42.dll file. So I went into the guide on here and I tried to do what it says for that. When I tried to open EPW/element/ directory there was no directory under the element file. I dont know what I am doing wrong but I deleted it all off and am downloading again. Please help!!

do u use Google chrome or firefox to download?

gogole chrome or firefox tens to corrupt files due to the runtime vírus checkup...and it works similar to AVG, it blocks files that allows conncetions form ur internet to the outside...

try using IE or some download program like IDM or JDownloader.
