Cant create a character!

I've tried out every race, class, and gender but i still cant make a character. It lets me customize it, but the confirm button never becomes highlighted and doesnt work. Please help

Did you give it a name with only A-Z, 1-0? Any other symbol or character will not work.

Yeah i did use only letters and numbers, still didn't work.

Edit- I just tried to make a character again, for some reason it worked now.

you prob have a space at the end of it make sure you dont

As Panda said make sure you have no spaces before or after the name.
