Would it be possible to download EPW on this?

Would it be possible to download, and play EPW off of this? Plug it into a computer that does not have the game downloaded but still play it?

you need to hve the game installed with an OS.

Seems like it would work since I moved my EPW instal from my c drive to d after I unzipped he download. It works just fine. Worst case just buy that and move other non essential files to the external drive and then put EPW on you internal hard drive.

I have tried to play it off of my external hard drive and it doesn't work very well. I do keep the files on there though because you can simply copy the files to whatever computer you happen to be using at the time from your hard drive. But I believe that you need to have it on your computer itself for it to work properly.

It does work. I once had PWI on a Micro SD and I was able to play it on a computer of my school with an USB adaptor.
I just don't recommend running the game from an extern drive. Intern is always better.
Well ... If you have USB 3.0 on your computer it shouldn't be a problem though.

I run it from an external just fine.  My laptop has crap for space (even after moving non essential stuff), so it's literally the only way i can play till I get a new comp.

If you are able to plug in it to USB 3.0 or 2x USB 2.0 it will run just fine. If it's only 1x USB 2.0, the performance will probably be disappointing.
