You still get the cubi (60 silver), but you don't grant the Site an In count. that's the only thing that's really ticking me off atm.

Well I actually voted for cubi a few minutes ago and the 6hr wait seems to have  remained the same. I have however heard people complaining about the 12h wait. Maybe the time varies? I don't really know, but I always get my gold so..
