Why is there a poll? How do we know if you're banned? Try selecting a different server, then see if it works. Restart your computer or something. If all else fails, send a PRIVATE message to a GM and ask.....

Pretty sure it's normal--I've had it so that little notice don't show up sometimes.  I click out of it and log in normally.
