i got the lancher up but when its loading it stops and says file folder corrupted and please select version vertifcation. what do i do from here and i dont wanna hear the same reply as every one else which is re download it is a waste of time. plz reply

im actually on teamviewer with someone with the same problem
apparently there are 2 files corrupted on the client.
i'll tell Agatio about it for him to fix it.

Did you update your Windows (Internet Explorer) to new IE10?

If you did, go to Control Panel -> Uninstall Program -> Show Updates -> /remove IE10/

On some machines it causes unstable accessibility to folders and files,
on others it causes crash (and comp restart) every few minutes.
