Donation Error

Helloooooo
I'm trying to donate but it;s saying i cannot complete this transaction using this card. The creditcard i'm using is Master Card(Debit) And i'm tyring to do this through paypal. I've donated several times through this same paypal, a total of 60$ so far. I have no idea whats going on...I could use some help

I enjoy doing my donations through seperate cards, therefor i donot use my bank account to do transaction as such.
I buy a card and put a bit of money on it and donate like that. Never once have i had a problem. But now i do..Hmmm

Its a error on Paypal's side i have had this issue before. you need to contact paypal personally. and have them work it out. if you need i can find the phone number. but i think its on the site.
