Missing quests

Yes, there are people that do quests and read/follow stories behind them.
Some of quest lines are actually very nice.

But not all quests work. And some of them must be done to get access to next in chain.

For example:
- in FB51 there's no Wyvern (or any monster). Can't do Book of Misfortune and few others.
- In FB59 there are Tokens of Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth, but you can't dig them.
- ...

It would be very nice to be able to finish quests. Some people like them.

Some quests aren't available due to level cap, for example they can be finished till level 80 or so and once player passes this level, he'll be no longer able to pick them.
There are also low level cultivation quests (below lvl 81) , but they have been removed, so players won't ruin their characters by doing low level quests that would reset their cultivation to the low level (once then there would be no way to fix it).

i did also notice that most of the 120+ lv quest are broken i think that perfect world china did finish most of them

I was talking of those that I WAS able to pick in here, but it's ok.

I know it can't be done within acceptable time and effort.

Also, you said 59 will be remodeled for something else and
not available in old form. (or was it 51...)

Questing was just my "daydreaming"... LOL
