Does someone know where is Happy Valley and how to get in? Need to find an item for sage culti.

Happy valley is in GV or delta or whatever you can call it.
but it's a pretty long culti i guess, idk for sure.

You only need 2 people to enter GV if your on the happy valley part you goto in GV then if you are facing the npc with a quest you will see a blue circle to your left.... Go into the blue circle that take you to Happy Valley
