That would be something on your side. What error message do you get when you try to log in?

It's possible to dual/multi client on this server with ease, so it would have to be something on your computer.

Well the servers are currently down atm, you made sure that your antivirus/firewall isn't restricting your connection?

I'd wait til the server's up to troubleshoot.
