No donation gold yet?

I donated 26 hours ago, and still have not received my gold. I was told by GM that the longest I should have to wait is 12 hours. Does this mean I will not receive gold?

U should have contacted a GM yesterday in game.
Donations are made as soon as Agatio sees them. Due to hollidays Aga is on vacations as well, but as soon as i can contact him, we will clear this situation.

Also, I did speak with StormFury. That's the one who said I should have it within 12 hours.
