Psychic Skill Books

I hear some Psychic Skill Books don't work so as to balance the classes. Does anyone know the exact books?

I haven't heard of this one before, I'd like to know which skills too, If there is any.

The skills which are asked for are the soulbuffs Soul of Vengeance, Soul of Silence, Soul of Retalation and Soul of Stunning. They have been taken out because on Lvl 11 they get even more boosted. As example Sage Soul of Stunning stuns for 1sec each 4k Soulforce instead of 5k each.
