Skill Book Trouble

I'm having trouble getting the Demon Heaven's Flame skill book to work. I have all the requirements, but it's not letting me learn it.

You need to have 3rd fairy. I know it says you need 2nd fairy, but you actually need 3rd. If you have 3rd fairy though, it could be some kind of bug.

Nope. Don't have 3rd fairy yet. And it's misleading when it says your spiritual cultivation must be Master of Discord which you get after completing FB99.

I can only assume this is because there isnt a real 109 culti in pwi, right? The server is still a 1.3.6 server but the skill books use pwi descriptions with pw-my effects. Thats my guess

FB 109 was replaced with Nirvana Temple in PWI, and now 3rd fairy is completely done in OHT/TT. And yeah i had the same problem with this book >.< was annoying lol
