Under many religions and culturs this day was for told,  21.12.2012 the mayan callander only whent up to this date and they though this the end of the world, though predicted over many cutuers some say the world will exsit for another 38,000 year if the human race is still around is another thing the planet will go on with or with out us.. there will always be disaster from nature, huracans, earth quakes, ice melting, tusnames, and so on

in my opinion what are we going to do to stop thie pallutance of our planet and help save it and the human race ? unless we change as a race nothing will change and eventuly the race will die out. its enevetable. once the human have gone the planet will only take 200 years to recover and revert back to nature and wipe all exsitance of man away,

did you know there are 127 nukuler power station world wide and if they all go up at the same time this planet will be uninhabitable for at least 25 years the nuklur fall out alone will kill off alot of what will suvive and if you ever suvive it you might find natures reclamed almost everything back

actually there are more.  America has 104 alone and 435 world wide. with another 62 under construction.   I know what you mean.  if all went off at the same time it be like 500 mega tons per a station.

It dose make you think to change your way of thinking and try to recycle and use solar power than nuclear power
after all would you want a nuclear power station in your home?  I don't and is it to late to Change?

Never been worried about the end of the world.. il be at home with my husband and 3 cats playing pwi till the end.

The only thing i thought about of late is... Us humans as a race need to be more one with nature and not try to destroy the earth that we all live on.  stop cutting down rainforsts, stop killing the planet at every turn. try help heal it for once and maybe we will have a brighter future to leave our future generations.

Yea...no. Im a scientific person. No religion for me. Seeing it totally scientifically there is no evidence to support this. As for the Mayan calendar ending....well they DID mysteriously disappear. who's to say they finished the calendar at all or that it just stopped bc they were gone? or who's to say the calendar writer didn't die or something? lol the world is NOT ending. even religiously. Christianity doesn't support it either. not all the signs have been given.

the only problem with this is.. there are still millions of living mayan's today Practicing in the ancient ways. They were asked what it means.. Response was amazing! "Nothing."
ask yourself something. What happens December of every year when your calender ends? It rolls over to the next year.
same with this one. It's just a 5k year span. They finished their calender. So this mass disillusion that they didn't is bewildering! Go to bed that night and wake up in the morning. All will be well.
